Stage1 - Application

  • There’s short essays


Stage2 - Online Assessment

  • Make a video 

  • Video duration : 3 minutes

  • Title : depend on your year of application

  • Submission : 1. Upload the video on Vimeo  

                      2. Share the link on the submission form

  • Submit documents

  • Type of documents : Depend on what they ask

  • Submission : Through submission form


Stage3 - Online Interview

  • Medium : Microsoft Team

  • Duration : approximately 2 hours


Part 1 :-

  • Discussion about recent issues

  • Question will be answered 1 minute per person

  • Way to answer : Put up the hand-up icon


There were roughly 30 students in the meeting so part one session took a lot of time.


Part 2 :-

  • Case study and presentation

  • Divided into groups (5 person per group)

  • Discussion about recent issues

  • 30 minutes to prepare (including slides if you want to)

  • 5 minutes to present


Stage4 - Individual Online Interview

  • Medium : Microsoft Team

  • Duration : 30 min to 1 hour per person

  • Will be given a time slot based on your chosen course

  • 3 panelists / interviewers (for engineering don't know about others HAHAH)


Part 1 :-

  • General questions


Part 2 :-

  • Specific questions about the course you are taking

  • General questions about UEM Group (eg. subsidiaries you would prefer to work with)


Part 3 :- 

  • Questions by KYUEM principal

  • General knowledge / skill

  • College life related (eg. how do you plan to contribute to college)
